2008
It all began with a simple vision: to enable every family to purchase a home without compromising on quality. Divine Group joined forces with MGM Hospital and launched their pilot project in Ulwe for the doctors and staff. “MGM Residency” was Ulwe’s first-ever residential project and brought about a massive housing revolution in Ulwe
2010
After achieving tremendous success, Divine Group launched a new project “Divine Royale” - where they presented customers an offer they simply could not refuse. It was the epitome of splendid living at highly affordable prices.
2012
Divine Group was selling projects instantaneously, and people were willing to invest their hard-earned money and trust in us. We desired to take this a step further, give back to the people, and indulge them with even higher quality apartments. Divine Group launched three additional projects back-to-back, elevating the bar with a superior standard of living with amenities nowhere to be found in Ulwe (such as Designer Tiles, French Windows, Granite Kitchen Platforms, and International branded toilet fittings)
2018
When we say trust, we take it very seriously. Divine Group yearned to make a statement to gain loyalty from customers in Ulwe. They courageously decided to launch a new project “Galaxy Apartments” and embarked on a mission to complete the project at lighting speed. They successfully managed to complete the project from C.C to O.C in less than nine months. This was unprecented and unheard of in Ulwe. Divine Group uses cutting-edge construction technologies promising timely delivered projects.
2023
The best way to grow is to give yourself more space. Divine Group entered the island city of Mumbai to come up with its first luxurious residential tower in Shivaji Park, Dadar called “Park 55” to disrupt the market with unmatched design, quality, and speed. Divine Group believes in building strong relationships with landlords, societies, channel partners, and most importantly, our customers.
